What are your shipping times and policies?

All of our products are created using the small batch process, please be patient with us. We always make announcements when there are delays, on our social media accounts!
Keep in mind all federal and personal holidays will affect shipping.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped out.
    However, in some cases, it can take up to
    14 -21 days when there is a high volume of orders or supply delays.
    Typically orders ship within the 7-10 business day mark!


    Bohemia is ran by one woman.
    Meaning: One person creating jewelry, corresponding, packaging orders, ordering/picking up supplies, shipping and handling; all while working a full time job as well.

    Please know that Jess will do her absolute best to get you your orders as quickly a possible!

We offer in store credit or exchanges ONLY on a conditional basis up to 15 days post purchase. Customer is required to pay return shipping if customer wants to exchange item for in store credit.
We offer refunds on a conditional basis. Out of stock item(s), if the jewelry piece misbehaves due to a lack of oversight on our part.
If you are unhappy with your product, please reach out! We’ll do our best to accommodate!

Do you allow Order Cancellation?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed there is no way to cancel.

What are the Damaged & Lost Product Policies?
If product is damaged, open or broken. Please notify us immediately so that we can instruct on corrections, as much as we would like to-we cannot control all conditions, but we are determined to make Your experience a positive one here at Bohemia!

Please be sure to double check your mailing address before submitting your order.
If you place an order and do not input your correct mailing address and Bohemia has your package returned, you will need to pay for a second shipping label.

If your tracking number shows that your package is delivered and it’s not there, you will need to contact your local post office.

  • Handcrafted products are individually
    handmade, they are one of a kind creations.
    As a result, it takes time & dedication to create pieces!






One Of A Kind Creations:

  • All handcrafted items such as jewelry, are listed with “handcrafted” in the product info.

  • Items that are not handcrafted, do not have that in the product info box.
    Products will have subtle variations from one piece to the next.
    Based on the creative nature of my products, each product looks a little different from the next.

Jewelry Care

The jewelry on Bohemia’s Store is not real gold.
Most to all products are gold plated stainless steel or brass.

If jewelry care is not provided, your pieces will turn. Here are some tips to have your pieces last!

Keep away from any and all cosmetics, lotions, sprays, perfume and water.

It can be tempting to leave jewelry on while washing hands, swimming, etc. but this will lead to tarnishing quickly.
Remove jewelry before washing hands, showering, or swimming.

Spray perfume before putting on your pieces.

Store your pieces by hanging, a jewelry bag or a jewelry tray away from other pieces to avoid oxidation!

These are correspondence response times.

The only way to correspond regarding an order, general questions, etc. is by the contact options listed below.

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a response via original correspondence method.

If you have not received a response within 24 hours please send a follow up message.

I do my best not to let anyone’s email slip through the cracks but every now and then I do miss a submission!
